With more than 3,000 employees in 25 countries, we solve our public and private sector customers’ most demanding challenges.
Meet the women and men who embody everything IAP stands for, serving our customers, employees, and community with ingenuity and purpose.
We leverage commercial networks for the transmission of classified data.
IAP Worldwide Services is an NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Trusted Integrator. We develop and tailor secure wireless network and handheld protection solutions to enable the hosting, processing, and dissemination of classified data at the tactical edge.
Our MANTIS capability allows mission‐focused NSA‐governed information security solutions to be developed and molded to a specific end user’s CONOP and use case. It fits within an existing comms architecture or can be built into existing architectures in a minimally invasive way.
MANTIS Capabilities
The next generation of military leaders will be “digital natives,” who expect timely access to data via electronic media hosted on networks, laptops, and/or handheld devices. MANTIS addresses the security of the connected network, software, and hardware used to enable classified field tactical computing, and is developed and tested IAW NSA’s CSfC guidelines.
- NSA-approved Data-in-Transit (DIT) and Data-at-Rest (DaR) protection
- Provides wireless users with access to classified networks
- Ability to process and store SECRET and TS//SCI data on End User Devices (EUDs)
The CSfC Program “…will specify requirements for all secure voice and data applications using public wireless and cellular user access, up to TS//SCI.” ‐CSfC Factsheet
We develop custom MANTIS solutions with the security and information assurance wireless users should employ to safely use a variety of networks – public or private, commercial or military/Government – to access classified infrastructure, and to process and store classified data on End User Devices (EUDs). The integration of these Government requirements and established commercial standards into a customer‐specific architecture lowers cost, reduces risk, and maximizes interoperability.
A “network agnostic” approach makes MANTIS an excellent choice for wireless tactical or joint operations center (TOC/JOC) or enabling alternate (or primary) voice and data communications in Anti Access/Area Denial (A2/AD) and other challenging environments. MANTIS systems meet a broad spectrum of mission requirements that are of critical importance to the Warfighter, including informing or supporting two of the Army’s six Modernization Priorities ‐ #4 Network/C3I and #6 Soldier Lethality – and several Army Warfighting Challenges.

TROJAN Intelligence Dissemination to the Edge (TIDE) Support Rapid Response 3rd Generation (R23G) Contract W15P7T‐10‐D‐D416 Task Order KY01
We provided system development and fielding services for TIDE Solutions at the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command ‐ C5ISR Center (formerly CERDEC). This contract vehicle was also used by other organizations within the Intelligence and Special Operations communities to work with the C5ISR/IAP team to investigate and develop similar solutions.
- TIDE Solutions meet a broad spectrum of mission requirements of critical importance to the Warfighter, providing disconnected soldiers at the tactical edge with enhanced intelligence collection & dissemination capabilities.
- TIDE links the Warfighter to networks capable of delivering actionable information in near real‐time.
TIDE sought to leverage Relevant Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) to the Tactical Edge (RITE) principles to deploy commercially‐available wireless technologies to extend NSA‐approved secure wireless communications across the battle space. This secure wireless communications path enables the use of edge‐based Classified User Equipment (CUE) devices, linking handheld intelligence collection and dissemination devices to forward services, to provide a near‐immediate and actionable response.
TIDE Solutions interacted with a wide range of hardware and software systems and capabilities and held an Interim Authority to Test (IATT) to perform testing and validation at the TOP SECRET / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS//SCI) level.
